About Dan

Washington is a unique and wonderful place to call home. Growing up here, attending local schools, and graduating from the University of Washington, Dan's knowledge of the Eastside and Seattle runs deep. From schools and parks to commutes and neighborhoods, Dan has experienced it all, allowing him to provide value to his clients at a level that goes above and beyond.

After graduating from UW in 2005, Dan originally planned to go to law school, but there was just something about real estate that drew him in. The relationships that he has been able to build with his clients over the years, as well as seeing their families grow into their homes, have been what makes real estate so rewarding for Dan. He's as passionate about his work today as he was when he started.

Because his client relationships are so valuable to him, Dan prides himself on having a 100% referral-based business. It is of utmost importance that he serves each of his clients at the highest level so they share their experience with their family and friends. Because of this, he is able to focus exclusively on his clients rather than putting his energy into finding new families to work with.

In order to continue providing his clients with the best possible experience as his business grew, Dan knew he needed to build a team.
